Are all sales final?
Yes! All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days, but during busier times, it may take up to 12 business days before your order ships.
Business days = Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Can I change or cancel my order?
No, we’re unable to modify or cancel orders once placed. Please double check your shipping address and cart before checking out!

What if my order is returned to sender?
If your package is returned to us due to an address error, we’ll happily resend it  but the shipping cost will need to be repaid.

Orders are processed in up to 12 business days before shipping. If your tracking says delivered but you haven’t received your package, you’ll need to reach out directly to USPS they have the most accurate info. Shop Maddie Green is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! But international customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs charged at delivery. If a package is declined and returned to us, you’ll be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

How do I care for my apparel?
• Turn apparel inside out, wash on cold, and air dry.
• Boutique clothing: follow care instructions on the individual tag.
We’re not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing.

Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes! All MG stickers are 100% waterproof, dishwasher safe, car-wash safe, sun-proof, and scratch-proof. Just don’t scrub too hard when washing water bottles or mugs!
